We wanted one team accountable from first brief to shipped outcome. ## What we've learned - **Senior-only teams outperform large mixed teams** on every dimension that matters to clients: velocity, decision quality, communication. - **Discovery is not optional.** The shortest path to a working solution is through a properly-scoped discovery phase, not around it. - **Compliance belongs in the architecture.** Bolting it on later always costs more. - **Remote-first works for delivery**; physical HQ works for culture and team assembly. ## What's next Continuing to keep the team deliberately small. Continuing to take on engagements where principal-led delivery is what the client actually needs — not every brief is a fit, and that's fine.
