We were founded in 2016 on a deliberate thesis: the separation between strategy and execution is an industry convenience that costs clients time, money, and nuance. When the firm who recommends the architecture is the firm that builds it, the architecture survives contact with reality.

Pavan Hasabnis and Akshay Rajput founded Claritas One as a founder-led consulting and engineering practice — strategy and build delivered by the same principals.

2018

Applied AI practice launched

Formalised our data & AI practice ahead of the LLM surge. Built production ML infrastructure for regulated industries before it became table-stakes.

Claritas One was founded in 2016 in India on a deliberate thesis: the separation between strategy and execution is an industry convenience that costs clients time, money, and nuance. When the firm who recommends the architecture is the firm that builds it, the architecture survives contact with reality.

That thesis still holds. We ship production software, growth programmes and cloud platforms end to end — principal-led, senior-only, never pass-through to juniors. Every engagement has an accountable founder from first brief to final retrospective.
